This is where the magic happens. No voids. Ever. Just sit back and watch the rent roll in. We take on all the risk. If the property is empty, you still get paid.
We use a commercial lease, not an AST
You minimise all the risks above by renting your property to us. You have the security of a 3-5 year rental term. If we ever miss a payment by more than 14 days, the contract is null and void and we must vacate the property immediately. We are not protected by an AST.
We pay up to 20% ABOVE market rent
If the property is in the right location and of a good standard, we pay up to 20% above the current market price, this is subject to an internal inspection.
We keep your property in excellent condition;
We have a robust management system. The properties we manage are cleaned professionally 3-5 times per week. They are extremely well cared for. Your property will be returned back to you in better condition than when you gave it to us!
We refurbish your property, if required
We know that properties can become tired. When you work with us, we’ll update and upgrade your property. In some cases, we pay for the upgrades.
WE ARE COMPLETELY FREE
You get all of the above and you aren't charged a penny. Unlike letting agents, we don't take a commission off of your rent, or charge tenant finding fees. We give you the market rent and some, we give you what you deserve.
